We mainly mold super engineering plastics such as U-Polymer, a material developed by UNITIKA Ltd. that boasts excellent heat resistance of up to 193°C.
We are also capable of producing complex-shaped molded parts and high-precision molds with micron-level accuracy.

We develop tailor-made formulations such as 60% glass-fiber reinforced compounds,optimized for strength, heat resistance, and appearance requirements.Our materials are designed for a wide range of applications from automotive and home appliances to electronic components.After compounding, materials are stored in-house and can be directly transferred to our molding plant for production.
